Our Mission

Blessa Soap was founded out of a recognized need for accessible body care essentials with clean and natural ingredients that can cater to all skin types. We also want to push forward the eco-friendly and sustainable agenda by reducing our carbon footprint and waste production.

All of our products are thoughtfully crafted handmade with natural oils, pure essential oils, natural colorants such as raw clays and powders, and we boost the nutritional value of the oils in our product through the process of herbal infusions.

Our Story

“What began as a canceled date night soon blossomed into a passion and a calling. Around 2019, I was invited to a soap-making workshop that was canceled due to the pandemic. So during lockdown I ambitiously decided to teach myself how to make soap. This curiosity soon opened my eyes to how transformative clean ingredients can be for both skin and spirit. Since then, what began as a lockdown hobby has grown into a mission — to create prducts that care for the skin and invite us to slow down, reconnect with oneself, and challenge the norms of commercial beauty by choosing simplicity, wellness, and intention.”

The Blessa Method

At Blessa, we recognize that the skin care industry, while full of potential, also faces challenges that can impact consumers. We are committed to addressing these three key issues, transforming them into opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Problem:

Many people are still in the dark—often because of convenience, misinformation, or lack of exposure—about the true impact of their skincare choices:

    • The incredible benefits of using natural and organic skincare products that nourish your skin without harsh chemicals

    • The hidden dangers in many commercial products, like parabens, sulfates, aluminum, and artificial dyes

    • The lasting harm these mainstream brands can cause to the planet—from plastic pollution to deforestation and toxic emissions

At Blessa Soaps, we believe that informed choices lead to healthier skin and a healthier planet.

    Our Solution:

We’re committed to transparency, honesty, and helping our customers truly understand what they’re putting on their skin. After all, your skin is your body’s largest organ—caring for it should never be an afterthought.

If you can’t recognize or pronounce the ingredients in your skincare, ask yourself: why put it on your body?

    Pro tip: Less is more.

By choosing Blessa, you're not only treating your skin to clean, nourishing ingredients—you’re also making a simple, sustainable choice that helps protect the planet we all share.

  • The Problem:

Widely available brands like Dove, Irish Spring, Axe, and Old Spice dominate the shelves—but they're often packed with harsh chemicals that can do more harm than good. Meanwhile, healthier, natural skincare options tend to be expensive and harder to access, leaving many people without affordable, skin-safe alternatives.

    Our Solution:

At Blessa, accessibility is at the heart of everything we do. We're here to break the idea that clean, natural body care is a luxury. Our mission is to make healthy skincare available to everyone—by offering high-quality, plant-based products at fair prices and working hard to keep those prices as low as possible. No compromises, no gatekeeping—just honest, effective skincare for all.

  • Problem:

Palm oil: Its widespread use drives deforestation, threatening biodiversity and endangering species like orangutans and tigers. Deforestation also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, water pollution, and social conflicts over land rights. Even “sustainable” certifications face enforcement challenges.

Plastic waste: The beauty industry produces over 120 billion units of packaging annually, with packaging accounting for 70% of industry waste. Many products use non-recyclable materials, including multi-layer tubes and mixed-material components.

Unethical sourcing: Some rare or high-cost ingredients are obtained in ways that are dangerous, environmentally destructive, or exploitative.

    Our Solution

No palm oil: We completely avoid its use.

Sustainable materials: Our soaps are wrapped in eco-friendly Lokta Paper, made from the bark of the Daphne shrub, which regrows quickly when trimmed every 3–4 years.

Ethical sourcing: Ingredients and raw materials are intentionally selected to be readily available, ethically sourced, and, whenever possible, local.

Eco-conscious packaging: All shipping materials and packaging are reusable or compostable.

At Blessa Soaps, we believe caring for your skin should never come at the expense of the planet.
